Ms. Tonnos
Hello! My name is Kate Tonnos, and I am a 16 year veteran teacher with Waverly Schools. I have taught 6th grade math, science and reading at Waverly East, as well as 7th grade science at the Middle School. I have a B.S. in Physiology and an Elementary Education certificate from Michigan State University. Go Spartans! My certification includes a Middle School level science endorsement. I also hold an M.S. in Educational Administration from Scranton University. At home, I am a wife and the mother of two children, ages 11 and 7. As a family, we enjoy spending time with each other and our several pets (1 dog, 2 cats, a fish and a lizard), reading, riding bikes and visiting our favorite Michigan destinations. |

Mr. Klein
Hi! I'm Frank Klein and I'll be teaching 7th grade science again this year. This is the 16th year I have been in the district and most of those years I have taught science at the Middle School.
I have a B.S. degree from Central Michigan University with majors in Science and History. My teaching certificate is Secondary with a Middle School Endorsement. I also received my masters degree from CMU in Middle Level Education. When not at school, I try to spend as much time as possible with my wife and kids. I like to watch sports especially my beloved Chippewas, Lions and Tigers. I like the outdoors and hanging out with family and friends. |
